Vice President of Product Management

Leading as the GM for four (4) product teams, one (1) growth, and two (2) community and content teams to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a multi-year roadmap for Gartner’s Peer product portfolio ($5B book of business), which focuses on user-generated content in the form of thought leadership, research, insights, and a peer community with responsibility  for top of funnel growth, activation, adoption, engagement, and retention.

Director and Principal Product Manager

Responsible for a dedicated team overseeing GoDaddy’s ($2.6B book of business) front-of-site and first sales and support chatbot, serving 1.2M monthly B2B, B2C, and B2B2C visitors across ten (10) global markets. Grew revenue, conversion, and activation through robust experimentation strategy (A/B, multivariate), including delivery of first ML-powered multi-armed-bandit  capabilities, and AI/LLM powered chatbot and automations.

Director of Product Management

Hired and coached Kaplan’s first seven (7) Agile teams within the Higher Education portfolio as part of a digital transformation to innovate their edtech LMS with a focus on onboarding, conversion, and retention. Leveraged first LLM/ML framework to verify, transfer, and manage student credits and transcripts, and modernized API library to support first end-to-end, digital financial aid decision and fund management.  

Senior Manager Product Manager of E-Commerce

Scaled four (4) teams and owned strategy and development of new e-commerce booking experience in Royal Caribbean’s first proprietary mobile app, scaling across 45 shipboard tech stacks and 35 countries, then expanding to kiosk hardware and desktop. 

Product Owner and Senior Web Optimization Manager

Served as Agile Product Owner for Citrix’s GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and GoToTraining digital properties, leading robust personalization and optimization strategy, including rapid A/B testing and enhancements to pricing, positioning, and performance. Highlights include launching first freemium offering and bundles. 

Web Merchandising Specialist

Executed e-commerce promotions and digital merchandising campaigns while leading experimentation for NCL’s e-commerce booking website to optimize promotion ROI and performance. Championed a data-driven culture of quick, iterative learning to better understand customer drivers and deliver wins.

Powered digital sales bookings as Product Owner (PO), facilitating prototyping and collaboration with key business stakeholders to overhaul Karisma’s end-to-end e-commerce experience.
